The before, exterior photo sums up the sorry state of this project before we began. Shuttered for ten years, this empty building in the heart of the downtown core was an embarrassment to many city residents. Working with the building's new owners, we sought to achieve two goals:
  1. the revitalization of this overlooked building
  2. the revitalization of Grande Prairie's downtown core
The first goal was easily achieved with four of five leaseable spaces filled before the completion of construction.

The second goal will require more time to measure but within a month of this building's re-introduction into the community, two other adjacent building owners committed to revitalizing their respective buildings. Consistent with our firm's principles, a building is not just a building; it is a contributor to the community, enhancing residents' experiences of their own city.
