Manasc Isaac Architects was contracted to develop a master plan for a site located along Sherwood Drive in Sherwood Park. The design concept, that of an "urban village" incorporates some of the following characteristics:
- Mixed zoning ranging from commercial/retail, multi-family houses and duplexes
- Pedestrian pathways linking all sectors of the development, encouraging a sense of community
- Highly articulated street-to-home detailing, enabling higher densities to exist while preserving individual home owners' privacy
- The use of sustainable land development and building practices
