Summit Plaza is a new commercial centre and corporate head office for Landrex Developments in St. Albert. Manasc Isaac Architects was responsible for the interior design and project management of the Landrex office, and for construction administration of the new commercial building.
Landrex required a contemporary, yet sophisticated executive office suite. This was achieved using clean, crisp detailing with a rich palette of colour and texture. Hardwood flooring and casework complement the cherry wood veneer work stations. The 14-seat boardroom is equipped with its own servery and is fitted with a full video conference suite. The owner's office is a haven of comfort, complete with gas fireplace, lounge seating, entertainment suite, concealed bar, motorized blinds and plasma TV. "Green" products were selected where possible, reducing VOC's and off-gassing, and optimizing indoor air quality.
