This new two-storey office building is located on a large site being developed by Devco.
At the beginning of this project, we collectively agreed that this building would be unique in a number of respects. Some of the most important parameters for this project included:
- healthier work environments for building occupants and visitors
- lower operational costs
- a unique building aesthetic
When fully completed, this development will consist of two 1,858 m2 office buildings and a single-storey 1394 m2 light industrial building. The first building is slated for November, 2005 completion. Project value is $2,200,000 (includes site development).
