This new multi-use building is the first of a future commercial centre for Bushe River, serving the Dene Tha’ First Nation. The overall building size is 400 m and includes a small supermarket, convenience retail area, gas station services and pharmacy.
The building features a curvilinear shape and vibrant color scheme, providing a strong visual presence for highway traffic. Exterior lighting is designed to highlight the curved façade at night.
The floor plan is designed to allow for optional hours of operation for the grocery store area, pharmacy, and gas station/convenience store, allowing any of these to be closed off independently.
