The Eastwood Primary Health Care Centre aspires to enhance its community and create a healthy, vibrant, healing environment, both inside and outside the building.
By engaging in a collaborative process with the Capital Health Authority as well as the citizens of the Eastwood catchments area, our team has incorporated a number of sustainable design and urban design strategies that enhance the neighborhood.
The new Primary Health Centre will reinforce community identity through the use of the old Cromdale School, the materials and textures of the school, and the vibrant energy of a youthful community will be integrated into the new building.
It will maximize green space, endeavor to preserve existing trees, maintain the scale of the neighborhood and provide a vibrant and effective healing environment for the multi-cultural and ethnically diverse people of the Eastwood area.
