Sustainable design elements include the following:
- Majority of workstations situated near windows to maximize the use of natural light.
- Reusable and recyclable materials were used to construct the building.
- Underground parking was added in order to reduce the footprint of the development on the land.
Many features, such as operable windows and a large, open lunchroom and patio area, were added to increase the comfort and productivity of employees as well.
