Created for today's fast paced high-tech work environment, this building was designed and constructed in just eight months. This is a new state-of-the-art office building and call centre for 500 employees. It is a sustainable building, that incorporates operable windows, an access floor system, and indirect lighting for optimal energy efficiency and user comfort.

Located on a pastoral site in southeast Edmonton it incorporates site ecology by careful building and use of natural landscaping. This two and a half storey building offers numerous employee amenities including a gymnasium, a fitness room, a staff lounge and cafeteria, as well as outdoor patios and balcony decks. Improved air quality and comfort improve occupant satisfaction and increase staff retention.

Sustainable architecture provides healthy workplaces that are comfortable to work in. Benefits include: reduced greenhouse gas emissions, the cost of an HVAC system due to better building orientation, and capital cost and energy savings due to reduced gas and power consumption. The building is consuming 28 percent less energy than a comparable building designed to the benchmark of the Model National Energy Code. The facility promises savings of $65,000 a year in operating costs, coupled with significantly reduced greenhouse gas emissions. All that, plus sustained comfort for staff.
